1. General Conditions & Usage
By placing an order on Riyasaat, you confirm that you are providing accurate personal information, including your full name, complete shipping address, and active mobile/WhatsApp number.
Riyasaat reserves the right to modify, update, or change any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
2. Product Information & Catalog
We offer home decoration products, including Wall Clocks, Islamic Art Calligraphy, Wooden Wall Art, Acrylic Art Panels, Lamps, and Kitchen Art Decor.
We try to represent product colors, specifications, and designs as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in shade may occur due to monitor screen settings or photographic lighting.
3. Pricing & Shipping Charges
Delivery Fee: A standard flat shipping fee of Rs. 49 applies to all orders across Pakistan regardless of parcel size.
Pricing Accuracy: All prices listed on the website are in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). Riyasaat reserves the right to update product prices at any time, but confirmed orders will be processed at the price listed at checkout.
4. Payment Terms — Cash on Delivery (COD)
Payment Method: All orders placed on Riyasaat are processed via 100% Cash on Delivery (COD).
Payment Collection: Customers are required to pay the full order amount (Product Price + Rs. 49 Delivery Fee) in cash directly to the courier representative at the time of delivery.
5. Order Verification & Cancellation Policy
Verification Call/Message: To prevent bogus or fraudulent orders, our customer support team verifies every order via phone call or WhatsApp before dispatch.
Right to Cancel: Riyasaat reserves the right to cancel any order if the contact information provided is invalid, unverified, or non-responsive.
Customer Cancellation: Customers can cancel their order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched. Once the parcel is handed over to the courier, it cannot be canceled midway.
6. Packaging, Transit Damage & Free Replacement
Given the delicate nature of home decor items, acrylic art, and clocks:
Safe Packaging: Every product is packed in protective multi-layer bubble wrap and sturdy packaging before shipment.
Unboxing Video Requirement: Customers are strongly advised to record a brief video while opening their parcel upon receipt.
Damage Claims: If a product is received broken or damaged during transit, notify our customer support team within 48 hours with photo/video proof for a 100% free replacement.
7. Limitation of Liability
Riyasaat shall not be held liable for courier delays caused by weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen logistics issues beyond our direct control.
